          AccountsYou may create an account using your email or Apple login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account

          Service PurposeGiftmas helps you plan gifts and manage budgets. We do not guarantee that the App will meet all needs or be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

          User ContentYou retain ownership of the content you add (e.g., lists, people, gifts). You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate and improve the Services. 
- 
          Intellectual PropertyThe App, including its design, code, branding, and other materials, is owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, resell, or misuse the Services beyond normal, intended use. 
- Do not infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks).
- Do not upload malicious code, spam, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or crawl the Services without permission.

          Disclaimer & Limitation of LiabilityThe Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Services.

          TerminationYou may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a harmful or unlawful manner.

          Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App and/or on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

          Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Norway (without regard to conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes may be brought before the ordinary courts of Norway (Oslo tingrett as first instance), unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
